Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is that time of year again when we will be heading back to the classroom. In order to provide my students with a classroom environment that fosters learning and community, I will need a few basic supplies.

These basic teaching supplies will provide me with materials to display work, create reference points/posters, and set up an area where students can find essential materials for our lessons.

My students and I will use these resources throughout this school year to keep our classroom running. In our classroom, students often need art supplies. The colored pencils and glue sticks will help my kids with assignments that feature an art component. I also need items for decor and to display work in the classroom. The paper lanterns, glue guns, and goo-off will help me prepare my classroom for students. My students also benefit from snacks to help them throughout the long school day. My students will appreciate having these supplies accessible and will be able to use the anchor charts/bulletin boards I've created to help them succeed.
