Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My loving, caring, responsible little first graders are from a low-income area. Our school truly strives to find the leader in every single student. Each one of my 28 students all has the talents and strengths to succeed, but sometimes it takes little extra exposure for those who never experienced something or even just feel positive motivation.

My Project

Being that school supplies will have to be individualized and personalized, the laminator will allow for safe labeling and easy sanitation. The sticky anchor charts and markers will allow for bright and engaging anchor charts that will allow the students to remember key features with the bright colors.

I, as a teacher, do not want the parents to have to worry about individualized school supplies and want the students to be fully engaged at all times.

The clipboards allow the students to have flexible seating and be able to respond to answers once we are back in the classroom. The pencil bags will all be individualized and kept away and place under their desk and will be easy to sanitize.
