Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Brrr! The temperature is dropping in New York City and the holidays are coming. It is time to get ready for winter.

With your help, I would like to give the students a Christmas stocking filled with winter accessories, such as gloves and warm socks, and other goodies.

This morning, it was 27 degrees outside and one of my students came to school without a coat. It is his first winter here in the United States and he wasn't prepared for the cold. It is important that all the students stay warm and safe so that they don't get sick. By funding this project, not only will you be giving them some winter necessities but you be giving them a reason to smile this holiday season.
