My Students

I have the pleasure to work with a group of wonderful students on my current campus. Though there were some academic challenges, my students work hard with me to reach their personal academic goals. As a team, we worked hard.

My grade level consists of two classes with a total of 43 students.

As a part of our regular instructional block, we made tangible work products to help students get a better understanding of concepts. My students enjoyed it so much that they would often ask me what project they were doing that day. We had so much work that I often used all of the wall space inside of the classroom and used the wall space outside of my classroom door. I think that this approach made a difference in their learning and always had my students engaged.

My Project

My students learn better when they feel connected to their work and have an opportunity to share what they have learned. I feel that these materials will make a drastic difference in helping my students learn and take pride in their assignments and or projects. The students will make math, science and social studies work products with colorful paper, markers, and other art supplies. We continue to plan ways to plan, create and model work products that model learning is taking place. We look forward to getting the supplies that will help our students. I am glad to have the opportunity to get supplies for my students.
