Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a special education teacher of 8 amazing students who have Autism. I would love to start the school year off right with the supplies needed to create a warm and inviting environment in which my students would love to learn. Items such as shower curtains and rods will help to hide storage bins and things that need to be tucked away. The contact paper will be used to create awesome bulletin boards and to cover up the old cabinets in the room to give them a new and bright appearance.

The storage bins are a must-have!

With all the awesome work and projects that we do each day, things can get a bit messy. The bins requested will be used to store items such as books, toys, and art materials. I would like to create a classroom that is completely organized where every item has a home that is clearly labeled so that my students can know where to find everything. I also want them to know where everything belongs so they can assist in the cleanup process.
