This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are special because they are eager, curious, and full of excitement for learning. As third Graders, . They bring creativity, joy, and a sense of wonder to the classroom each day. The chair pockets will help my students stay organized by providing a designated space for their personal supplies, such as books, folders, notebooks, and writing tools. Since young students often struggle with keeping their desks tidy or remembering where they placed their materials, chair pockets give them an easy and accessible way to store their items right at their seats.
By having a consistent place for their belongings, students will spend less time
searching for materials and more time focused on learning.
This will also help reduce classroom clutter and minimize distractions, creating a more efficient and structured learning environment. Additionally, chair pockets promote responsibility by encouraging students to take care of their own
materials and keep their space tidy throughout the day.
