My Project

I am new to teaching AVID which is a career and college prep program for mostly low-income and first generation students. I will have them for the next four years of high school and I need the materials to set them up for success. This includes materials to help them with every subject, reading, writing and collaboration. Some of my "success pack" will help them be successful in specific subjects like math by being able to have a class set of calculators! And some will help them in all subjects (like having highlighters and notebooks.) I will also be able to engage them socially and emotionally with games, fun question cards and journals for each students. Having these materials will set them up for success!
