My Project

My students are autistic and range in age from 5-10 years old. A large percentage of our students are Asian.

We want our school to celebrate Lunar New Year 2025 together!

We want to have a parade and showcase our students in a cultural celebration. This project will help build community among our students, staff, and families.

It will provide an opportunity for all of us to learn about Asian culture, tradition, and food through books, play, art, and celebration. Our students and staff will have a chance to participate in bringing in the Year of the Snake with fun and style!
