My Project

For April, we are having an autism acceptance day at my school. Students will learn all about autism and how to be a good friend to their peers who may have autism.

Students will learn that although they may have things that make them different, they have more things that make them alike!

Students with autism still want all the same things that their neurotypical peers desire. This project is about providing small autism gifts (bracelets, stickers, calming stickers, etc.) to each student in my school that will remind them of what they learned about during our autism awareness day!

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.

Equity Focus

At this school, more than 50% of students are Black, Latino, and/or Native American, and more than 50% come from low-income households. Learn how your donation to this school supports a more equitable education.
