This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school's Attendance Team is committed to student achievement and excellence. We know that students who attend school regularly are more likely to perform well academically and emotionally; setting them on a bright path for the future. Our students comes from all ethnic background and nearly all are low income who face various obstacles in order to attend school.
No one is too old or young to be told "great job" and receive a prize.
We will be incentivizing our students every 25th day of school with prizes, snacks and fun activities at the quad. We hope that we can award those who are doing great and motivate those who need that extra push to carry on.
Attendance is a team effort and we are determined to work together with staff, parents and community to help students thrive. Please consider joining us and making a difference in our students.
