Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The donation of these implements will help our track and field team learn skills that will improve confidence in themselves. This will prepare them for life if starting a new business, career or helping someone expand. My students will also have the chance to earn possible college scholarships in track. The javelins, discus and shot will help our students become competitive in the sport of track, with new and efficient implements. We have been using worn implements for some years. The new implements will increase distance which will allow our field athletes to have the opportunity to qualify for state competition.
