My Students

More than half of my students are from low-income families. Their young minds are sponges soaking up all the learning they can. A student's tools and environment help engage them to learn. I love to make my class bright and engaging for them.

My students work hard and try their best.

Learning to read and write is difficult, but they press on toward the goal. They are learning lifelong skills that they will use. They are a joy to teach!

My Project

Seat sacks for storing supplies will help students be organized and save time. Students will be able to have notebooks, books, pencils, crayons, scissors, and glue right behind them. It will keep students organized and they will be able to easily find classroom items they need often.

Having their supplies handy, will save time and students will have more time to learn!

Students will not have to go to their cubby to find these items, they will be within their reach. Students can personalize them each year by creating a name tag, however they will be used many years to come!
