Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a bunch of kids hungry for learning. They are always eager to grow. Our learners are aware of their data and make use of them to see how much growth they made, how much more they need to reach, and what to do to be able to reach their end of the year goal. In our class, we implement a reward system of both i-Ready Reading and Math and as well as ST Math. For every 3 lessons they pass every week, they get either a squishy toy called mochi, push bubble sensory pop toys or a 3D eraser. This kind of motivation for our learners have been producing awesome results as the kids love to do more lessons on their own, without being forced or getting bored as they have something to look forward to at the end of the week.
