My Project

I strongly believe that students will be more motivated to visit the school library media center if the space is updated, organized, and easy to use.

In this project, I have requested for a brochure/flyer holder, book bins and double-sided tapes.

I create flyers and brochures to support student learning. The flyers include library services, Student Online Reading App (SORA) instructions, Destiny Discover Online Library Catalog Instructions, Dewey Decimal Classification codes, and other handouts as needed. To reduce clutter, I would like to place these resources on a brochure/flyer holder on the counter. The book bins will be used for a variety of class lessons, library events, and displays. The double-sided will be used to mount monthly thematic bulletin board and other displays.

My students are incredible motivated to visit the library for reading, socializing, board gaming, coloring, origami making and other activities. I would like to continue making the library an important community center that promotes literacy, diversity, inclusivity and equity for all. Managing the library requires investments in maintaining and updating the resources, displays and service offerings. This donation will provide the support I need to effectively maintain the library media center.
