This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting art supplies for my students so they can explore the world of visual arts. Due to Covid last year, many of my students were not able to do much hands on activities let alone art. Due to being a Title One school, students have limited resources at home and I want to give them a chance to use other media to express themselves in all subjects, such as history, health and science. Besides targeting subject matters, art allows students to express themselves and be heard through art!
