Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach bilingual pre-k. I want my kids to be able to create art projects as much as they want. They enjoy being hands on while learning. They will use the basic classroom supplies and dry erase markers for when they are tracing their names in the morning. The gold pencils are easier for little kids to handle as it won’t be too heavy for them. I’ve also been told it is more fundamentally appropriate for them. I am asking for a laminator as mine recently broke. I like to laminate their art projects from the classroom as the schools laminator isn’t always reliable.
