Help me give my students art supplies that they can use for school work but also for fun at home.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Litoff's classroom raised $502
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students are craving and missing school. Many do not have supplies at home like paper, pencils, and crayons. They are hard-working, resilient, and anxious to learn.
Many of my students live in apartments with large families and are not able to go outside.
They do not have a lot to do in their home and are constantly asking for me to give them things to do.
My Project
Most of my students do not have crayons, paper, or pencils at home. They want to draw or color or participate in school activities that require these things, but they cannot. This will even the playing field and make it equitable for all my students to complete art assignments and projects. I also know it will bring a lot of joy to those who love to draw and color and are not able to while being stuck at home. It will help keep many of my kids off of their devices for part of the day too! We love to do art lessons and directed drawings and other activities with pencils, paper, and crayons that we cannot do right now with distance learning. These supplies will allow us to continue doing art, directed drawings, and other crafts as a class.
