My Project

I have approximately 60 students attending an after-school art colony on zoom. These students are creating art using watercolor paints, oil pastels, pencils, and watercolor pencils. They need portfolios to preserve and protect their best work.

We are encouraging students who may be gifted in visual arts to create a portfolio containing 6 to 10 pieces of their original artwork.

These portfolios will be evaluated and some of the students may be identified as Gifted in the category of Visual Arts.

We are also encouraging students to learn to select the art pieces that they are proud of and preserve them in a professional portfolio. This develops their ability to evaluate their work.
