Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Drawing is my student's absolute favorite thing to do, but they are even more excited when we can do it outdoors! Having art class outside is really exciting for my elementary students because they love to sit in the sun and take in the fresh air and sounds of being outside all while creating the most beautiful pieces of art by studying nature, surrounding buildings, and one another!

Clipboards will provide a sturdy surface to create art on while drawing outdoors.

The clip will specifically help in keeping their paper attached to the surface so it does not blow away and cause interruptions. Drawing is so important for children developmentally.

Aside from these being used outside, we can also use them when classes get split and I need to provide extra students in my classroom with an activity or surface to create on. These will be used all school year, year after year, making it an excellent investment into my classroom.
