My Project

The art area is a place for children to explore and create. The interest in what they are doing and producing is a very important factor in children's enjoyment of art and their development of a sense of competence. My students enjoy expressing their ideas and feelings through art when they attend this area; learning developmental skills such as hand-eye coordination, color and texture recognition, and creativity. Based on the art materials selected, I can encourage my students to explore and experiment as they begin pondering what to do, but also enhance their linguistic skills by having an open discussion about their creations
