This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Art enhances cognitive functions by engaging the brain in tasks that require visual-spatial processing, fine motor skills, and concentration. The creation of art involves decision-making, memory recall, and the application of learned techniques to achieve a desired result.

PE, though primarily physical, also fosters creativity through games, sports strategies, and movement-based activities.

Activities like dance, gymnastics, or even role-playing sports require creative thinking, quick decision-making, and adaptive skills that help students think creatively under pressure.

Art allows students to express themselves in diverse ways, from drawing and painting to sculpture and digital design. This fosters creativity, enabling students to think outside the box and develop problem-solving skills. It encourages them to explore different techniques, styles, and perspectives, which builds both their creative and critical thinking abilities.

Art and Physical education (PE) play vital roles in fostering students' creative minds and overall development while learning. By donating to our project, my students will become creative thinkers, have better PE skills and acquire many art techniques that enables them to be very artistic and have good mobility skills that can be used for a lifetime.
