My Students

I have the kindest group of students this year. They are honest, hard-working, and genuine. They come from a variety of households, yet they are all equals in the classroom.

By providing hands-on learning activities, students will be more engaged in learning.

Most children prefer to learn in different modalities. Having access to differentiated materials will help students engage in their learning and have fun at the same time! Differentiating materials helps them power through our rigorous work we do each day.

My Project

Students have a long day of learning each day. As teachers, we do our best to break up the long blocks to allow movement and different activities to prevent burnout.

With learning games and books of interest, students will be able to practice learned skills in ways that peak their interest.

While some students prefer paper and pencil practice, many students need a more interesting way to apply their knowledge. As part of a center rotation, students will be able to experience independent practice, time with a small group and the teacher, and now hands-on learning games that will engage them, all while having fun!
