My Project

My students are curious and caring to all living things, humans and animals alike. Starting when we return to school after winter break, we will be focusing our learning around animals, their adaptations, and their habitats. One way we will be doing this is by creating a variety of animal habitats, including an arctic habitat.

These materials will be placed in a habitat with polar bears and other arctic animals for students to build an arctic habitat for them.

We will create these habitats to not only learn about animal habitats, but also how arctic animals have adapted to survive in the cold climate of the arctic. We will also be writing books and reading books about arctic habitats and the animals that live in them.
