This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

A donation towards acquiring dissection kits would empower my students to delve deeper into the study of aquatic species, offering them a hands-on experience beyond simply labeling parts on paper. With these kits, underprivileged and minority students could critically explore biology, particularly in Aquaculture. By dissecting fish and other aquatic species, students would gain invaluable insight into their anatomy and physiology, fostering a deeper understanding of these organisms and their ecosystems. This practical experience would enhance their knowledge and inspire their curiosity and passion for the sciences, opening doors to future opportunities and academic success.
