Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Currently, I am using an Apple iPad during the online course that I am taking. We are meeting weekly via Zoom and we are using a variety of digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, Google Classroom, FlipGrid, and much more. It's all very engaging! Having the right accessories will make it much easier to use the iPad during my online learning when creating projects and lessons for my kiddos. As the summer approaches, I plan to use the iPad for other professional learning workshops and it will be much easier to have the Apple Pencil and Apple AirPods so that I am more focused and can use the digital tools more efficiently.

By getting the Apple Pencil and Apple AirPods, I will be more focused and productive at the various workshops that I will be attending; I also plan to use the Apple Pencil in the classroom when meeting with my students in small groups.

Some of my students struggle with their learning and need activities that are interactive and visual. During small groups, the students and I can use the iPad and the Apple Pencil to do the various online apps and programs. Having the right tools will help me when I attend professional development and with my students learning. I would truly love your support towards helping me fund this project so I can get the right tools to develop engaging lessons, support my kiddos during small group, and supporting my professional learning.
