My Students

Prepare young women for college level courses! These driven students are getting ready for the AP Lit exam and we don't have the resources to help them prepare. For most of our students, they will be the first in their family to have the opportunity to earn college credit

As students in an all girls comprehensive high school, my students are on a mission to overcome the odds of their community.

They have worked extremely hard and have met rigorous expectations to reach where they are now. As seniors on track to attend college, they stand out as leaders in their school.

My Project

I'm requesting a set of 14 AP Exam Prep books to give my students the best chance of earning college credit for the exam. I will use this resource on a daily basis to push my students to refine their analytical writing skills and close reading abilities.

This project is a springboard for our students, school, and community.

By engaging in college level coursework and assessment, our students are setting a high standard for success for their community. Every bit of money will help our students achieve their goals of college success!
