This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are eager to learn and curious about a lot of things. They were in Kindergarten when COVID-19 closed down our schools, spending the remainder of that year and the next two learning virtually. Now that most of us are back face to face they are anxious to explore things with their hands.

I cannot wait to bring in our live critters!

I know they are going to be ecstatic. I love to give my students this experience, but the little critters sometimes scare me too. Therefore, I want to make sure they have the appropriate enclosure to not only keep them safe, but me as well.
