Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is promoting Social Emotional Learning. We need classroom corners to help the students decompress and refocus.

These posters, stands, games and toys will create a safe space where anxious students can practice mindful techniques and strategies to manage their emotions and express themselves in a positive and effective way.

Most of our students need a place where they can recognize their emotion, relax their minds and bodies, and refocus their energy to continue their learning experience.

These past years, we were successful giving students the tools to communicate their feelings. However, most classrooms need a space where students can apply these learnings independently.
