My Project

My students are amazing! They are constantly learning and always willing to learn, but let’s be honest, we have a lot of clutter with paperwork.

I would like to use a vertical storage filing cabinet to create an organized classroom environment.

With all the classwork, homework, report cards, tests and important documents that I must hold onto for my students, I am in need of a much larger filing cabinet. My students need to learn how to be more

responsible and this file cabinet will do just the trick. Students will each have their designated folders for graded papers, completed work, etc. that they will be responsible for filing away and taking home on designated days to get signed by parents in their graded paper folders and returned

to school for storage. I could also use the cabinet to store: student information, IEP papers, and other papers of importance in my room. By teaching students the importance of organizing their work, they will be ready to tackle the task when they have even more responsibilities in fifth grade.
