My Project

2nd Graders are AMAZING at becoming independent thinkers! They are intrinsically motivated and want to be the best problem solvers they can be!

I am always looking for ways to extend their excitement of our math lessons in hands on, creative way!

I have found that math centers are the answer to enriching the math curriculum in a meaningful and engaging. But sometimes, 2nd graders get a little messy and math centers can get a little chaotic! These purchases will help to organize and engage my 2nd graders during math centers by giving them the tools and resources they need to have their very own math manipulative kit right at their learning spot. The math manipulatives are resources that will help bring a kinesthetic approach to extending and solidifying their mathematical learning. Having storage bins/containers and carts will help to maintain organization for optimal fun and meaningful learning!
