My Project
This year I am teaching first grade for the first time! I would hate for a classroom to be messy and unorganized. Just like at home, a messy room means a messy mind. I would love for my students to have the tools for an organized classroom and have materials that help them stay organized as well.
With these materials, my students will be excited to work and be as creative as their little minds want to be.
Having an organized and clutter free room not only teaches students to stay clean, but it can reduce stress of work. Some of the main resources you will be donating to are the utility carts which will be placed at all tables, helping the kids hold their Chrome books, table materials (pencils, glue, etc.), clip boards, and work folders! Also, the bins, which will be going to keep our library looking fresh for our minds to look forward to reading! Lastly, carpet markers are going to make it fun to stay on our spots at the carpets during lessons as well as tap lights to help us control our voice levels!
First grade is a huge year filled with lots of fundamental learning, and I am so excited for my students to enjoy their classroom!
