My Students

I love this group of first graders but they are very different than any first grade I have had. My friends love building, drawing, creating, and moving. We really like being in charge of other people’s lives, we’re bossy, and we struggle to share. It has been a fun year but exhausting at times.

Despite that, they are creating their own path to a successful future.

My diverse class of students love to explore our classroom each and every day! They have the potential to be ANYTHING! Every day, I am amazed at just how innovative and creative they are.

My Project

Having a iPad will allow me to monitor individual student progress and give students a chance to use the Apple iPad for building up math skills. The advanced use of technology in the classroom needs to include opportunities for students to build on and create their own learning through interactive choices. This Apple iPad will give the students this opportunity to develop stronger math & literacy skills.

Technology is the way of the future, and I want my students to be a part of it.

My students need access to more technology. The addition of this iPad would greatly benefit my students.
