My Students

I teach Social Studies to a group of enthusiastic learners in a rural district in southwest Mississippi. These demanding minds need equipment in the classroom that can keep up with them. Unfortunately, our current classroom printer isn't cutting the mustard anymore.

I don't have textbooks to issue to my students this year so I am providing all their necessary materials by printing it out in the classroom.

This has dramatically overworked our aging classroom printer. What we need is a good, sturdy workhorse of a printer like a solid HP LaserJet P2055DN. With a machine like this, we can spit out 35 ppm and keep on rolling!

My Project

In these tough economic times, we are all tightening our belts. Some things can't be tightened any further, however. Our district has pinched its pennies until they're screaming and there simply isn't any available funds for something like a classroom printer. That's where you, Dear Donor, can be a lifesaver to a whole bunch of eager minds. Your contribution to this proposal lets me continue to educate our citizens of tomorrow.

A mono printer is all we need.

We're not fancy: we don't need color. An HP monotone LaserJet P2055DN with a twin-pack toner cartridge will keep us in business for quite some time. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
