Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This iPad will help enrich student learning and further engage my students with smart technology. Students can use the iPad as a listening center. Apps will be downloaded to make learning fun and thus more engaging.

I will also design school items and flyers for school events.

I can also use the iPad when presenting IEPs on a SMART board or during grade level meetings with my peers. The iPad will allow me to take courses virtually. I can acquire new teaching strategies through online professional development. Taking these courses, I will grow professionally and will be able to collaborate with my colleagues and other members of the educational community. I will create PowerPoint slide shows and graphic organizers of content-based learning to improve my craft as a teacher and also help my fellow teachers.
