My Students

My students enjoy coming to school each and every day. I want my students to be successful in their learning. I teach 25-second graders.

My students come from many different backgrounds.

However, when they come to school, all that doesn't matter anymore because our school is a safe learning environment.

We are a Title I school, and some students qualify to receive free or reduced-price lunch. We are constantly treating others with respect and kindness. My students try their best every day and continue to practice a ​growth mindset in the classroom daily.

My Project

I want to incorporate some fun classroom management incentives this upcoming school year. Right now, among us is a popular thing with students so I want to be able to create a among us theme classroom with among us rewards for great behaviors. I also want to include a new strategy of desk pets for classroom management incentive. Students can earn these incentives when they are following procedures and classroom expectations.

It is very effective when you can engage students in their interest!

I know my second graders will love these desk pets and among us stickers.
