This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school uses the Ron Clark House System and I am one of the house leaders for Amistad - the Red House! We have events, assemblies, and competitions throughout the year where we get to represent and showcase the character traits of Amistad.

I would like to have our students show up to the next competition with lots of red "stuff" to give them a sense of pride and love for the House of Amistad.

I have noticed that when students are given spirit items such as these, their engagement and participation significantly increase. It's our plan to show up loud and proud to our next competition and with your help, it will be possible!
