Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a variety of materials to help my students create a social studies project this spring. I have requested a variety of books to match the American Symbols that we will be discussing with the project. When working on this project, the class will read a book about different American Symbols, then we will create a craft to match it! This is why I have also requested red/white/blue and gold glitter - these materials will help make the project "come to life!" I have also requested laminating sheets to ensure that we can laminate the student's work so that it'll last a long time! The magnets will be used to hang the work in the classroom.
