Help me give my students the headphones they need to be successful in completing assignments on their laptop and the document camera that will allow me to record lessons and deliver to students absent from school.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in need of many supplies, such as notebooks, writing utensils, colors for reading projects and so much more. The headphones we have tend to not work well. Students complain that one side is working or the speaker on the headphones go in and out. When this happens, the last thing they want is to complete reading assignments required on a reading program we use. New, working, headphones will definitely encourage my kids to be successful. With holidays and flu season, a document camera will not only help me to deliver my lessons more easily and creatively to students present but also to those absent. In our classroom, we like to be creative with our reading and social studies assignments, so the camera printer, colors, notebooks, and paper cutter will be a great addition as well as the much needed bulletin border and paper to help bring a nice environment for student learning.
