My Students

Have you ever been so excited to share your writing with others. Help us publish our writing.

My students are of mixed abilities.

They are in 4th grade in a public school in Queens. They attend a Title I school. My students are eager to learn new things. They come from many different countries and English is not always their first language. My class is homogeneously mixed.

My Project

This colored paper will help us to publish our writing on the computer and by writing on colored bright paper. We will be able to create books using our binding machine. The books will be visually appealing and bright and colorful. With our flair pens my students can create an enticing cover to catch the readers attention.

This paper will help make writing authentic.

My students write and love to share their stories and essays with others. With this paper they can create books that can go in our classroom library for other students to read this year and in the future. Creating a love of writing is important in my classroom. Paper choice helps for children to be creative and share their writing in a way that is unique to them.
