Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help provide my students with new materials for the Art Center. My students visit centers twice a day. They have choice as to where they get to spend their center time.

I would like them to explore painting and using different materials to create art.

Lately most of the students have been using Play-doh or drawing with markers on the easel. I think that providing them with new materials will motivate them to use different mediums of art in the classroom. I think that rock painting kits and other materials will spark new interest in the Art Center.
