My Students

I teach students from various cultural backgrounds. With these differences, each student adds something wonderful to create a dynamic learning environment. They enjoy working and learning together and using their imaginations to create new worlds. The students enjoy listening to many different stories and hearing about the adventures of their favorite literary characters. The school is a large urban public school where all of the students receive free or reduced priced lunch. The Head Start program services students from low income families.

My Project

I am asking for your help to give my students the ability to create amazing art. My students love to paint, and we lack some supplies to allow them to paint in a social environment. Children need to express themselves artistically. This helps them express themselves in an appropriate way.

Please help my students by funding our request for a painting easel and paper.

My students will love to paint with friends and show others their works of art! They love to be creative and paint pictures of family and friends. Art is wonderful form of expression and also allows for the integration of other subject areas.
