Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a trace and draw projector so students can choose from over 80 images from a lion and a fire truck to a dragon, a rainbow and so much more. Next, students would color them in any way they like!

We make many types of collage art pieces throughout the year.

I have requested tissue squares, peel and stick shapes, and permanent markers to make bookmarks, science projects, and holiday crafts.

Finally, I have requested snowflake, gingerbread, and penguin ornaments for my whole class to make and take home. The heart crafts I have requested are perfect for Valentine's Day and are fun to design and create. My students will also enjoy creating sand heart necklaces.
