This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fourth grade girls are very sweet and quiet. They come prepared and eager to learn every day. Learning about the changes they are facing in school as well as in their own bodies can be very challenging. Their insecurities tend to present themselves at the most difficult times. Therefore, they should be provided with one less thing to worry about.

By providing these menstrual pads as well as clean clothes, you are helping my students feel prepared even if they are not.

These items will definitely give them a sense of security in my classroom.
