My Project

This project offers students a chance to sit on the floor during independent work time. This project is important because it helps students know that I see them and I value their learning style. Moreover the mirror is used to provide students the safety to promote self care.

The goals of this project is that our classroom becomes even more like a home.

We are promoting learning beyond boundaries and reimagining what it means to be in a classroom and learning. I want to value how they learn differently and embrace changes needed to do so.

Ms. Shields George Washington Carver Middle School Grades 6-8
