This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

For the 2024-2025 school year, the staff at our school want to take part in becoming better teachers for all of our students. This book will help teachers look at instruction and learning experiences in a new way.

This will increase equitable teaching practices and ensure that all of the students who are part of our community are valued and given learning experiences that allow them to show just how awesome they are.

This book will allow our entire staff to increase their understanding of teaching practices that are student-centered and focused while allowing them to explore new ways to provide engaging learning experiences.
