Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have two behavior incentive systems, a VIP and All-star system. Students who have outstanding attendance, academics, and behavior are monthly VIPs. They earn prizes each month and celebrations. Our All-star events, all students earn entry to a monthly party where they have an opportunity to socialize with their peers. Through these 2 systems we ensure that all students get a shout-out and recognition throughout the school year. This leads to a positive grade-wide culture! Prizes like candy, fancy pencils, stickers and candy make everyone excited! The white boards will be very helpful in tracking our progress.
