Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My school is a Title I public charter school. My students are hardworking, motivated, and determined to be successful. The students would greatly benefit from donating any resources for the classroom. It would help guide our students' instruction, build content knowledge, and provide additional resources to our learning environment this year. Each one of my students has a unique personality, charisma, and enthusiasm about learning.

In my classroom a motto we go by is "Excellence, Not Excuses".

Our school's mission is to create students who will be college and career ready with cross-cultural competence when they leave here. I am the World Geography teacher at Mater and I am always trying to find ways to support our Knights programs including providing them with the Geography Tools for the future. Our students are also instilled with academic achievement, community service, and the upliftment of young men and women.

My Project

The supplies for my project will enhance interaction, collaboration, and teamwork. Most importantly it will help them understand the rigorous effort it takes to be successful. After going thru a year of the pandemic before coming back to in person school has created it's challenges.

My students are putting forth so much effort this year to be prepared, engaged, and become honor roll students.

Students have taken ownership of their academics and citizenship this year and I want to provide the best classroom environment with these supplies. Thank you for your time and consideration to donate to my "All Around The World" donors choose.
