Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your generous donation of craft materials such as canvas, paints, crystal-growing kits, water bottle stickers, and water bottles would profoundly enrich our science class designed for students with special needs. We plan to use these materials to create a personalized "All About Me" project, where each student will express their unique identity and interests through science and art. The canvas and paints will allow them to visually depict their favorite science topics, while the crystal-growing kits will give them a hands-on experience of chemistry in action, connecting personal creativity with scientific exploration. The water bottle stickers and bottles will be customized with their own designs, promoting a sense of ownership and pride.

This project not only fosters creativity, but also, enhances their understanding of scientific concepts in a way that is meaningful and engaging for them.
