Help me give my students a classroom that embraces mathematics and creates an aesthetically pleasing classroom that introduces students to the magnificence of math.
In first grade students are so excited and eager to learn. My students will have various ways of processing and learning mathematical information. The items that I have chosen for them will assist in with all learning styles.
I have chosen several appealing visual aids that will promote mathematical awareness and create a love of numerical learning for beginning learners.
These items will allow my students to see various presentations of mathematical concepts like telling time, counting money, skip counting, tracking the number of days using place value and many other skills that will be practiced daily during our morning meetings. I will provide my students with a variety of daily math practices that will focus on the skills that will be covered each week. I know that each of these items will assist my students in reaching their highest learning capabilities.
