My Project

My goal for this project is to make the students feel excited whenever they show behavior in the class that is good. This will be used as positive reinforcement for the children for when they follow rules, treat their friends nicely, and put in the hard work that comes with school. The students will benefit from a treasure box because it will reward them for good behaviors. It shows them that their efforts are seen and appreciated. This can be a way to encourage more good behaviors and create a positive class environment.

I am putting the time and effort to try to get resources for them to show that I care for them and want to see them succeed.

It is a way to let them know that they are seen and that it pays to be good.
